Q. How do I turn off the power?

The CPR Add-on Kit automatically powers off (sleep mode) 10 minutes after being disconnected from the app or CPR Class.

Q. Can it be installed on the manikin I already own?

If you want to install it on a different manikin model not listed on our website, please contact us via Channel Talk at the bottom of the page with the model (or a photo if unknown), and we will let you know if it's compatible.

Q. The power doesn't turn on even when I press the manikin.

This could be due to the manikin model not being set initially, or issues like internal reflector damage. Please submit a repair request via the Channel Talk button at the bottom right of the website.

Q. The feedback values seem abnormal.

This may be due to an incorrect manikin setting or foreign matter in the sensor.
