Q. The manikin connection keeps dropping.

This may be due to poor contact at the dongle USB port or low battery in the Add-on Kit sensor. For further assistance, please contact us via the Channel Talk at the bottom right of the website or use the "Contact Us" button below.

Q. The dongle is damaged.

Please submit a repair request via the Channel Talk button at the bottom right of the website. Please note that even within the 1-year warranty period, damage to the dongle caused by external force is not covered.

Q. I want to use CPR Class on another PC.

Go to CPR Class program Settings > About this app > Deactivate License Then, reinstall CPR Class on the new PC and enter your license code to use it. Note: Both PCs must be connected to the internet, and previous usage data will not be transferred.

Q. Are the manikin and sensor included?

The manikin and sensor are sold separately. However, if purchased through the Public Procurement Marketplace, the software and sensor come as a set. Please contact us with your required configuration, and we will provide a customized quote.

Q. I already have a manikin — do I need to buy a new one?

There’s no need to buy a new manikin — the AOK sensor can be installed on your existing one. If you're unsure whether your manikin is compatible, feel free to contact us.
